Made in Norway is part of the government’s “Hele Norge eksporterer” reform, aiming to increase Norway’s global competitiveness. Innovation Norway manages the origin label and ensures compliance with criteria related to the origin, responsibility, and sustainability of products and solutions.
Norwegian companies are known for prioritizing responsibility, high quality, and sustainability. By using the Made in Norway origin label on qualified products or solutions, companies can benefit from these positive associations. Highlighting the origin of products can have a differentiating effect and strengthen the brand. In many markets, being clearly associated with Norway adds significant value, and the origin mark is an effective tool to achieve this. By building a common brand, where Norwegian companies use the same origin label, we collectively contribute to strengthening Norway’s position and promoting Norwegian products globally.
We are proud not only to be a part of this campaign, but also to help lead the effort in enhancing the international competitiveness of Norwegian products.
